We are Al Fresco Pizza

We are Luigi and David. We are Al Fresco Pizza. Al fresco in Italian  means outside or outdoors and this is because we create our pizza outside to be eaten outside, and pizza in Italy is the most popular street food.

Luigi and David come from very different backgrounds. Luigi was born in Italy, and he graduated from the  Italian culinary school and  is a trained Italian chef. David was born in the United States and worked in the tech industry. What we share is a passion for food, especially a love of baking.  So during the pandemic Al Fresco pizza was born thinking to create a product that would bring the true taste of Italy here in California to our customers. We chose pizza Napoletana.

When you eat our pizza you have a  true esperienza di una pizza italiana. We import the flour from Napoli and buy many ingredients from Italy, also we use organic and local products.
